Please join us this Wednesday, Jan. 27, at 2pm in the English Faculty Lounge (Fisher Bennett 135) for a workshop with Professor Tim Corrigan on teaching cinema. Even if your research isn't directly related to film, many of us end up using films as teaching tools. The goals of this workshop are 1) to consider how to use film as effectively as possible in the classroom, and 2) to learn to attend to the particularities of the medium, even if you're not a film scholar and are unfamiliar with cinema vocabulary. Snacks will be served! Film clips will be watched!

This workshop counts towards the CTL Teaching Certificate.
